Submit the Processing Fee
Once a lot is reserved, the $350 processing fee* must be received within 3 days, or the lot will be placed back on the market. The processing fee can be paid by credit or debit card via the Online Payments section of our website.
Execute the Contract
After the processing fee is received, you will be sent an email requesting the information for your contract., Each party listed on the contract will be required to submit a copy of his or her photo ID or driver's license and provide a valid email address.. An Installment Sales Contract will be prepared within 3-5 business days and will be sent to you electronically through DocuSign. You will be able to review and sign the contract electronically. Once the contract has been executed by all parties, a completed copy will be emailed to you for your records.
Begin Making Monthly Payments
The first monthly payment will be due 30-45 days from the contract date. Payments are due either on the 1st or 15th of the month. You will be sent an email that includes a letter explaining the options for making monthly payments, as well as information to access our online account management portal. Additional information on payment options is listed in the FAQ section of our website.
*Additional monies may be required if the buyer is purchasing more than 1 lot or is purchasing a lot over 14 acres. Please see the FAQ section of our website for more information.
**If a Deed Closing is preferred, the buyer is required to put $2,000 down and pay all closing costs.
